4. Rates and Payments

6. Limitation of Liability

Aircargobooking acts as an intermediary and not as an air carrier. We do not assume direct liability for damages, losses, delays, or incidents related to the flight operation. Any claims must be directed to the operator responsible for the contracted air service.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel, in whole or in part, the services offered on the site, including these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. It is recommended to review this section periodically.
